Global Media Sales
WorldLink's proven track record in media sales assures our partners an efficient and focused sales process with over 200 media options spanning the United States, Europe, Latin America, Australia and Asia. WorldLink has expertise in a variety of advertising opportunities such as: Domestic Long Form and Short Form, National Syndication, US Hispanic and International. WorldLink sells broadcast, cable, satellite and syndication television inventory as well as radio, print, online and out of home opportunities.  
Long Form
WorldLink represents long-form advertising opportunities on numerous properties in the United States. These properties include national cable networks, local broadcast stations, regional sports and news networks, in both English and Spanish.  
Short Form
WorldLink represents short-form advertising opportunities on syndicated programs, regional sports networks, national cable networks and cable interconnects across the country.  
US Hispanic
WorldLink is a leader in promoting the growth of Direct Response advertising in US Hispanic media and provides significant access to this expanding marketplace.  
International
WorldLink's International group provides global Direct Response opportunities on networks covering Europe, Latin America, Australia and the Middle East.  
Back Office and Accounting
WorldLink has developed proprietary systems designed specifically for the Direct Response industry, and has developed an online order entry system to manage unwired networks. WorldLink also provides comprehensive accounting services for media clients encompassing all the labor intensive aspects of invoicing, discrepancy management, billing & collections and general accounting support.  
Accounting - Credit & Collections
WorldLink’s Accounting department assumes the responsibility for obtaining credit information from our Ad Agencies, and the strict enforcement of payment terms per the policies of our media partners. The DR industry standards dictate Cash-in-Advance for all “long-form”, and Net 30 days for “short-form”.  
Accounting - Discrepancy Management
WorldLink acts as the intermediary between our media partners & the Advertising Agency for the timely resolution of all billing discrepancies. This includes identification, documentation, tracking debits or credits, “make-goods”, and/or refunds.  
Reconciliation & Payment
Each month, our Client Accounting department compiles a complete reconciliation of all media sales for the previous month, as well as any outstanding items from prior periods. These reconciliations accompany every monthly payment made to ensure that the clients accounting department can easily apply the payments.  
Accounts Receivable Management
WorldLink monitors all outstanding Ad Agency balances, makes all necessary collection calls, manages all written client correspondence, and maintains all Accounts Receivable reporting, until each item is ultimately collected and reconciled.
