WORLDLINK AND BIG TEN NETWORK ENTER INTO EXCLUSIVE
SHORT-FORM DIRECT RESPONSE ADVERTISING SALES AGREEMENT

Los Angeles, Calif. September 17, 2007 - WorldLink, one of the world’s leading and fastest-growing multiplatform advertising sales firms, and the new Big Ten Network have entered into an exclusive advertising sales agreement. The announcement was jointly made today by Toni Knight, Co-founder and CEO of WorldLink; and Roy Seinfeld, Vice President of Advertising Sales for the Big Ten Network.

Under terms of the agreement, WorldLink will exclusively represent all short-form direct response advertising sales for the Big Ten Network, which officially launched on Thursday, August 30th. The network is available to nearly 29 million subscribers through DirecTV, Dish Network and more than 125 local cable systems serving communities in the eight states where Big Ten institutions are located. It programs sports events and shows; original programs in academics, the arts and sciences; campus activities; and associated personalities of the Big Ten Conference and its 11 member institutions, including University of Illinois, Indiana University, University of Iowa, University of Michigan, Michigan State University, University of Minnesota, Northwestern University, Ohio State University, Penn State University, Purdue University and University of Wisconsin.

Regarding the announcement, Knight said, "College sports throughout the Big Ten territory attracts some of the most passionate and dedicated fans in the U.S. and this network will provide a valuable service to this audience. Through the diverse programming available through Big Ten Network, short-form DR advertisers will be able to reach a highly targeted demo in many of the Midwest’s major markets."

Seinfeld added, "We are delighted to be partnered with WorldLink in the short-form DR business. Their strong relationships within the advertising community will greatly benefit the Big Ten Network now that we are officially on the air delivering an attractive audience to marketers."
